To request a refund for a taxi journey, please contact us by email or telephone within 20 days of the date of travel.
When submitting a refund request, please include the following information:
• A clear description outlining the reason for your refund request
• Your booking reference or receipt number relating to the journey in question
• Any supporting evidence, such as photographs or videos, where applicable
All refund requests will be carefully reviewed, and where appropriate, a full or partial refund may be issued.
Please allow 15–20 business days for your request to be reviewed and processed.
